Pro Basic's 22" Heavy Duty Transport Chair features a 400 lb. weight capacity chair at a great price.  The 22" seat width can accommodate a variety of users and the dual cross braces provided added support.  It has 12" flat free rear wheels and 8" solid front casters which make it easier to go over small bumps and curbs.  The chair has swingaway footrests and removable padded desk length arms.  All release buttons are metal for added strength and durability and the push handles are splayed out making it easier to push.
