1-Year Limited Warranty Information

If you have a problem with your Pride wheelchair, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, and they will arrange for an authorized technician to diagnose/repair your travel wheelchair.  In some cases a simple diagnosis can be made over the phone using the diagnostic LEDs on your controller, and the error codes in the owner’s manual. will have the parts shipped directly to the technician, or your residence – free of charge.  Every effort will be made to return your wheelchair/powerchair to working condition in the shortest time possible.

The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.

1 Year:
Main frame – Tiller Frame - Seat post – Fork
Chargers - Electronic controller – Any other electrical subassemblies
Bearings – Bushings - Rubber components
Plastic components (except body)

Six months:
Batteries (warranty by the battery manufacturer, not Pride)

All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship.  Any abuse or intentional misuse of the wheelchair will void the warranty.
